Early Planning

  • Initial consultation discussing overall view and expectations of the wedding
  • Comprehensive meeting with client 1-2 months before the wedding to document details of wedding ceremony/reception and discuss any adjustments needed
  • Provide guidance, etiquette advice and monitor progress of planning
  • Provide suggestions/ ideas for any last minute touches to incorporate into the wedding
  • Provide preferred vendor referrals for those not yet secured
  • Review all vendors' contracts (copies provided by client)
  • Contact all industry professionals hired by client to go over contracted services
  • Meet ceremony/reception venue coordinator to discuss set-up arrangements and specifics. Prepare layouts of ceremony and reception rooms.
  • Prepare detailed wedding ceremony and reception itineraries for the bridal party  
  • The week of the wedding contact all vendors and confirm final arrangements of deliveries, set-up and pick-up. Provide vendors with final wedding itineraries.
  • Prepare outline of processional and recessional order
  • Conduct a final "wrap up" meeting with the client at the ceremony/reception venue
  • On-going communication via email and phone
  • Additional personal meetings with client as needed the week before the wedding
  • Attend and direct the rehearsal at the ceremony site

Day of Wedding Services

  • Arrive 2-3 hours before the ceremony and stay until the end of the reception ensuring smooth flow of events as planned by client (transport all necessary items to the ceremony/reception venue)
  • Assist bride and bridal party at ceremony site as needed and provide emergency kit
  • Distribute bouquets and pin-on boutonnieres. Distribute final payments to vendors.
  • Coordinate pre-wedding photos with contracted photographer
  • Arrange Guest Book Table, Cake Table, programs, place cards and favors
  • Supervise vendors addressing issues that may arise and ensure smooth flow of events
  • Coordinate entire timeline of events with band or DJ
  • Supervise loading of gifts, boxing of left over food/cake/centerpieces and collect all client's valuable belongings to be secured, as instructed by client
